What is your shipping policy?

We'll ship our caramels Canada wide. We are currently limited in our international shipping abilities. But if you need to send something over seas, or over the border; please send us an e-mail, and we will see what we can do for you.

 

Are your caramels gluten free?

YES. Cream, butter, sugar, and corn syrup. That's the basis for all of our caramels. Celiacs rejoice! We thought of you, and we love you. 

 

Are your caramels vegan?

NO. Our caramels are made with butter and cream... But if we do get enough requests for a vegan caramel, we just might do it! Contact us and let us know what you want to see from us. We aim to please.

 

Are your caramels nut free?

NO. All of our caramels are made in the same facility, and some of our flavours do contain nuts. We CAN NOT guarantee that there are no nuts in any of the caramels. So if your anaphylactic, we would recommend to just sit this one out. 

Nuts that they may contain are: peanuts, almonds, pecans

 

How should I store them?

Caramels should be re-sealed in the provided bag, in a cool dry place. They can be refrigerated, or frozen for up to a year. Bring to room temperature prior to consumption. (If you break your teeth on one of our caramels, don't say we didn't warn you.)
